Retrieving Your Password
NOTE: If you have a non-administrator account, please contact your administrator or Support by email at support@senserasystems.com or 800-657-0437 Ext. 2 to reset your password.
1. In Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge, go to www.sitecloud.senserasystems.com.
2. Click on Forgot username or password.
3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
4. Click Submit.
5. Your username will be displayed, and then you click Reset Password.
6. A message alerts you to an email with a new password. You can click Close to return to the Login page.
7. Use this email to login. Once logged in, it is recommended you change your password for security purposes.
