Electro-Mechanical Assembler
Sensera Systems is looking for a full‐time Electro-Mechanical Assembler. The Electro-Mechanical Assembler will perform mechanical and electrical assembly and software configuration of the company’s solar powered camera products and supporting components. In this role, you will learn and follow written manufacturing procedures and quality guidelines to assist with manufacturing and shipping.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assemble electrical and mechanical subassemblies
  • Assemble and configure finished camera products and systems
  • Perform functional testing on finished camera products
  • Install software and perform product software configuration as part of manufacturing
  • Read and interpret manufacturing work instructions
  • Follow all quality procedures including documentation, travelers, etc.
  • Accurately document and maintain information in written and electronic form
  • Participate with operations team to improve and refine manufacturing and quality processes
  • Assist with management of inventory including counting, inspections, handling
  • Assist with organization and maintaining cleanliness
  • Assist with shipping and preparing orders for shipment including packaging

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with medium volume assembly of electro-mechanical products
  • Experience with assembly of small mechanical systems
  • Experience with light electrical assembly including soldering
  • Ability to carefully follow manufacturing and quality procedures
  • Attention to detail in product quality and consistency
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • 1-4 years of experience in similar roles
  • Willingness to engage in a culture of continuous improvement and growth
  • Some experience with Lean/Six Sigma concepts (preferred)

COMPENSATION:
$37,400 – $41,600 annually (equivalent to $18.00 – $20.00 per hour)

Technical Support Specialist
Sensera Systems is looking for a full‐time Technical Support Specialist. This role is pivotal in the delivery of the Sensera Systems’ “Experience”. This position performs a variety of Tier I and Tier II technology support activities related to the company’s solutions including hardware, software, network, cellular connectivity and more. This position is responsible for responding to incoming customer and partner technical support requests via multiple channels including sales and operations team escalations, email, phone and CRM case queues. This individual is accountable for providing technical and product expertise, assistance, and cross‐departmental coordination as necessary to ensure optimal customer satisfaction while resolving requests in a timely and accurate manner. This position ensures customer satisfaction by assisting and resolving in a variety of customer issues. This role is highly client‐centric and requires an attitude of client advocacy.

The Technical Support Specialist must be able to resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently by actively listening, communicating clearly and concisely, and assuring customer understanding. This position will process trouble calls, installation, service change, and disconnect work orders according to departmental policies and procedures. Resolve problems on the first call, with a minimum of transfers, by consistently improving personal technical knowledge and understanding. Other duties as assigned or required.

This position is located in our Golden, CO office.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify, troubleshoot, research, diagnose and resolve issues related to technical difficulties with hardware, software, network and cellular service/connectivity in a timely manner
  • Interfaces directly with customers to ensure their issue(s) are resolved and a superior customer experience is provided
  • Tracks, records and/or maintains accurate information within ticketing system and key account records (Salesforce CRM)
  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
  • Exhibit a professional, friendly, and optimistic demeanor when responding to customer issues
  • Demonstrate a keen ability to pick up on customer sentiment (satisfied/unsatisfied)
  • Effectively confirm customer understanding and acceptance of recommended solutions; provide additional customer education as needed
  • Facilitate any requests for hardware returns and assist with the setup of replacement units
  • Proactively work to stay current on all Sensera Systems solutions and messaging
  • Be willing to support ad hoc projects, as necessary
  • Actively contribute ideas for ongoing process improvements
  • Where required, install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot associated end user systems and equipment
  • If necessary, liaise with third-party installation service partners.
  • Manage customer expectations
  • Communicate/follow-up frequently with the customer by phone, email and virtual meeting systems until all issues are resolved
  • Guide customers on solving their cases, suggesting better methods, and communicating best practices.
  • Ability to prioritize incoming cases based on customer entitlements, time to resolve case, and impact on customer’s ability to do business.
  • Collect troubleshooting data required to escalate the case to engineering and for monthly reporting.
  • Participate in creating, managing, and optimizing Knowledge Base documentation and response templates

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training, experience, and certifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years in a technical or product support role (hardware and SaaS preferred environments preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems including Android and Apple iOS devices, and popular browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, etc.)
  • Possess exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent Organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
  • Ability to function successfully in an accelerated environment; manage multiple tasks and competing priorities simultaneously
