Customer Success Manager
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is focused on all aspects of ensuring that Sensera Systems’solutions deliver maximum value to our customers. The ideal candidate is an experienced, technically proficient support lead and enterprise level trainer with exceptional communication and public speaking skills. The CSM will work cross-functionally with support, sales, marketing and other teams to drive a positive customer experience, while establishing deep and meaningful relationships with our users. They will also act as internal advocates for customers and bring customer insight to appropriate teams to constantly improve business value for our customers. Senior Sales Representative
We are looking for superstars to join our sales team. Sensera Systems has grown into a market leader in the past 5 years by winning over 1000 general contractor customer accounts. Come be part of a dynamic tech company helping to change the $1T construction industry with IoT/Cloud solutions. The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for driving new enterprise level business through prospecting, account growth, opportunity pipeline management, and closing abilities to the Construction General Contractor customers. You will be selling the company’s unique real-time jobsite intelligence solutions to project teams, and executive staff.  You will be developing opportunities through response to new inbound leads, expansion of existing accounts, and hunting for new accounts and opportunities.
