Senior Software Developer
Senior Product Engineer
The Senior Product Engineer will fulfill a key role in Sensera’s electro-mechanical hardware development efforts. This person will manage development projects, with responsibility for projects’ schedule and budget, as well as providing technical guidance and accountability for a small team of junior electrical and mechanical engineers, plus, outside contractors. They will take a hands-on role in development, prototyping, testing and troubleshooting electro-mechanical hardware components and take the lead in working with vendors.

The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business as well as expanding business with our growing base of construction customer. He/She will be quick to understand the Sensera Systems product offerings and how those offerings enable more efficient project execution, manage project risk and help our construction customers win more business. He/She will have a proven track record of landing new accounts and successfully expanding the opportunity within those accounts. This position requires strong qualification, discovery and closing skills to effectively drive a high volume of monthly sales. He/She will have strong business acumen and the ability to sell to all levels within an account. While some leads will be provided the ideal candidate will be a self-starter and know what it takes to own their territory
Demand Generation Manager
Sensera is looking for a dynamic Demand Generation Marketing Manager to help scale our lead generation program. This position will report to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for creating impactful lead generation campaigns focusing on email marketing, social media programs, nurture programs, direct mail, Google AdWords, and events to drive qualified pipeline. This role will partner with the creative services team to develop all of the necessary content and resources to ensure prospect and customer engagement. This role will also partner with sales leadership to ensure leads are properly handed-off and followed up, working with sales operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter passionate about helping us create and grow a high-performing demand generation engine.
