Director of Finance

The Director of Finance will have overall responsibility for finance, accounting, HR, contracts/legal functions in the company. This includes financial planning and controls to ensure the highest standards of quality and transparency in our processes and reporting. This position is hands-on, providing analytical support to cross-functional teams to help drive the company’s operating performance and financial returns; drive change management through process, systems, and reporting improvements in order to enable better transparency and visibility into current and future financial results.

 

Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative will respond to customer inquiries with quotations and general information, aggressively follow up on sales leads provided and perform outbound calling and emailing to develop follow-on business with accounts. It is imperative that he/she will develop a good understanding of the Sensera Systems product offerings. He/She must have the ability to aggressively close sales with an assumptive close style and consistently/methodically follow up on opportunities. He/She will be able to utilize the tools provided to maximize the leads that they are given and focus on finding quality opportunities within that lead pool. This is B2B sales, selling mostly to professionals in the construction vertical.

 

Senior Sales Representative

The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for selling jobsite intelligence hardware/software solutions into larger Construction General Contractor accounts. This includes developing new accounts as well as expanding existing accounts. Selling is to both company/executive level and project levels. You will be developing opportunities through responding to inbound leads and outreach efforts.
 

Director of Manufacturing Operations

The Director of Manufacturing Operations will be responsible for leading manufacturing operations for electro-mechanical products. This will include managing and growing a team, and identifying and implementing policies, procedures and manufacturing strategies to facilitate optimal production and performance. This position is hands-on and requires strong production and supply chain management skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, standard processes, and use of metrics for accountability and sustainability.

 

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a critical role in developing Sensera’s sales pipeline. Through active sales campaigns you will generate and develop qualified leads and set meetings for the senior sales team. Success in this role requires a hunter who can spend significant time on the phone cultivating prospects, following up on leads generated through marketing programs, as well as independent prospecting and other lead generation strategies. You will interact with professionals in construction and related industries across a broad geographical area. Success will be measured by the number of qualified sales opportunities and new deals you’ve created..
