Rob Garber has been leading operations organizations in manufacturing and engineering businesses over the last 24 years. He has started factories, developed operational processes, scaled businesses and driven organizations to world class manufacturing performance in high growth industries. He has experience in electronics, semiconductors, safety products and fire & life safety industries. Garber holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA and MS in Chemical Engineering from MIT.

David Gaw is an entrepreneur, having founded 2 companies and been the first hired executive in 2 others over the past 24 years. His first company, Coactive Networks, a pioneer in m2m/IoT, created some of the first hardware/software systems to connect devices such as thermostats to the Internet in the late 1990’s. Gaw has worked in various technology areas including wireless broadband, robotics, and AI software. He founded Sensera Systems in 2012 with the goal to dramatically simplify and reduce costs for remote monitoring systems by combining wireless and solar power.

John Daley has been developing state-of-the-art, large-scale software systems for over 24 years. Starting with software to support drone flight planning, navigation, and telemetry with Remote Sensing Research in the late 1990s, to developing classified mission-critical systems for Raytheon and Lockheed Martin as a Principal Software Engineer. Daley leads the architecture and end-to-end software implementation for all Sensera Systems cameras, cloud-based software, and mobile apps. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Colorado State University.

Julie Pistritto is a strategic sales leader with extensive experience in the construction, solar, and commercial real estate industries. She has held senior leadership roles at Density, Inc., HOVER, Inc., and EagleView Technologies, where she focused on driving technology adoption and improving sales processes. Her expertise in SaaS, hardware, and data analytics has been leveraged to create strategic partnerships and architect best-in-class sales organizations focused on customer success.

Marca Armstrong has successfully launched and developed brands globally (Case Logic, Panasonic, and Cree), driving incremental revenue and profits from the launch of new products. She is passionate about the use of technology and data to connect silos across an organization as a means to improve the customer experience and increase brand awareness. She holds a BA in International Relations from Mount Holyoke College and an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

She has a strong and proven track record of building high-performing accounting teams and developing operational accounting processes from the ground up to help businesses achieve and sustain operational and growth objectives.
