THE SITUATION
Confluence Companies was founded in 2006 with an aim to combine decades of collective experience with a passion for quality work and business integrity.
Having weathered the recession, when development needs were at an all-time low, Confluence Companies cemented their dedication to looking to what’s next and staying on the leading edge of residential and development trends. It’s this forward-thinking that allows Confluence Companies to strategically adapt, evolve, and grow with the industry.
THE CHALLENGE
Confluence Companies is at the center of the current construction boom in Colorado, creating much needed housing after vacancy rates fell to an all-time low in the area. With rapid-fire starts on multiple projects in several locations, the Confluence team decided they needed to employ construction site cameras to more efficiently monitor project progress.
“We liked that the Sensera Systems MultiSense Cameras offered solar/wireless operation in a very small package. This allowed us to install the cameras ourselves quickly and without extra cost, and to move the cameras from job to job.”
—Tim Walsh – President, Confluence Companies
The Confluence team chose Sensera Systems MC38 cameras to record and monitor projects from start to finish.
THE SOLUTION:
Affordable, portable, remotely managed site cameras
“I had used some of the early site cameras when building large high-rise projects. I could see the value to our team, but the products at the time were cumbersome and expensive. We liked that the Sensera systems MultiSense cameras offered solar/ wireless operation in a very small package. This allowed us to install the cameras ourselves quickly and without extra cost, and to move the cameras from job to job. The web interface has been great, allowing me and my team to keep tabs on the project from our desktop PC or iPad, and to share project status with our owners and investors. They are very cost effective even for our smaller condo projects.”—Tim Walsh – President, Confluence Companies
